Do I need to pay international taxes and/or tariffs?

Our shipping fees do not include any tariffs nor taxes. Please check the laws of your country before ordering and be aware that you may be asked to pay additional fees upon your item being imported. If this is the case, you may need to go to a postal office or customs center to pick your package up.

Are shipments insured?

Yes, all of our shipments are insured automatically. The price of insurance is included in the price of shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please send us pictures of the damage and the packaging to be sent to our insurance provider for review. Please hold onto the item and packaging as you may need to take it to the carrier for evaluation.
